A unique opportunity to experience a pairing class between Rome’s most typical foods and wines. The day will start with your sommelier to privately pickup at your hotel, to reach the winery of our choice. At the winery you will get a private tour, visiting cellars, tasting wines and getting to learn the environmental influence nature has into wine. Right after you will reach the SoCook restaurant where local goodies will be prepared. You will finally learn how to pair food and wine the best way possible. A professional chef and a sommelier will accompany you through this experience. What we include:

• Private transportation for the day provided by Dream Italy
• Private sommelier for the day provided by Dream Italy
• Private chef to prepare the local foodies, provided by SoCook
• Private guided tour, tasting at the winery provided by Dream Italy
• The unique opportunity to buy wine directly at the place

The class can be taught in Chinese with addtional charge

Programme

• 9:00 am: Private pick up at your hotel
• 10:00 am: Private Wine tour and tasting at the winery
• 11:30 am: Pick up service from the winery to the cooking school
• 12:30 pm: Local goodies and wine pairing and tasting with a Chef, food and wine pairing lesson with a Sommelier
• 2:30 pm: Pick up service from the cooking school to the hotel
