The market tour is fun and knowledgable. Yael told us lots of unique stories and the origin of the market. Once we got cooking, our family learned so much about Israeli food. The dishes are delicious and the recipes are simple and can for sure be replicated once returning home! I would highly suggest this activity- its good for all ages, families, and young tourists!

Yael took us around the Nachlaot neighborhood and Mahane yehuda market. It was very interesting to hear about the history of food. We went to the market and talk to the shopkeepers, tasted fruits and spices and bought some ingredients for the cooking class at Yael's kitchen . We cooked amazing israeli food and all by ourselves!
