In my cozy home kitchen, all guests engage in a hands-on experience, preparing and cooking each dish from scratch. We will cook 2-3 dishes from scratch. If you would like to make something specific, please let us know at the time of booking.

• Bánh xèo - Pancake with chicken/pork/prawn/mushrooms
• Phở gà - Chicken noodles soup
• Chả giò - Fried spring rolls with chicken/pork/tofu
• Bánh cuốn - Rice crepe rolls with pork/chicken/shrimp/mushrooms
• Gỏi - Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads with shrimp/tofu
• Gà sả ớt - Chicken with lemongrass and chili

We can make plant-based versions of all the dishes above listed.

Dietary preferences accommodated include Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-free options.
