Lezioni di Cucina a Malveira

Great class, wonderful instructor, very informative, hands on class. We learned the history behind Portugal’s most famous pastry and how to make them step by step. The pastries we made were delicious! Best of all, they have put together a handy kit you can purchase on site (the pastry tins, dispenser, etc) you need to easily make these at home. The bakery is in Malviera, about a 20-30 min drive from Lisbon, so you also get to see some of the countryside.
