We had an amazing experience making hand rolls and tempura with Sai! The experience was extremely organized, and we appreciated the careful teachings and variety of vegetables and seafood offered. It was a fun experience that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all! ☺️

Chef Choi is truly an exceptional Master & we would give him the highest Michelin rating! He gave clear explanations of the ingredients, how to slice the vegetables & seafood, how to get the right consistency of the tempura batter. We especially enjoyed his tips on how the professionals fry the layered, squared egg omelette, deep-fry the tempura and how to roll the temaki sushi. Along with Chef Choi teaching us cooking skills, the next best part of the class was savoring the sushi & tempura - oishii desu ne!
