Guided by a chef with over 25 years of culinary experience in Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines, you’ll learn authentic techniques—from crafting a flavorful ramen broth to folding perfectly crisp dumplings.

This hands-on class welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned home cooks, and is designed to be interactive and fun. You’ll prepare Japanese-style soy sauce ramen topped with tender chashu pork and seasonal vegetables, along with about 30 pieces of juicy, pan-fried gyoza. Along the way, your host will share professional tips, insights into local food culture, and stories from the izakaya kitchen.
