Market tour was a lot of fun, with some pretty great information. Our chef, Natcha, is both an expert in the kitchen, but also at ease giving us good instructions and explanations while we are cooking. She really emphasized tasting and adjusting each plate to your own preferences. The kitchens upstairs were impeccably clean and well-lit, and helpful assistants did a lot of the prep (setting out ingredients and ensuring everything went smoothly). The cooking was *easy* and accessible to any beginner, but it was also pretty profound: Natcha went through each ingredient and talked us through how it affected the final dish, as well as how different prep methods change the flavour. Thanks so much for such a pleasant morning!

I came here now 2 times and each time I learned something new. Chef Natcha is very knowledgeable and loves her craft. It is so much fun listening to her stories and her cooking tips are really great. You can eat the food you cook and with the perfect tutoring it turns out super tasty. Big portions, 4 different meals, you will leave this place happy and stuffed! Thank you!

Chef Natcha was simply amazing. He really listened to us, answered all of our questions and showed us so many little tricks. I can only recommend it. The best cooking course I've taken so far.
