SiChef - Cooking experience

私たち家族5人は、トム先生のパスタとティラミスのクラスに参加しました。最高でした！楽しくて、とても勉強になりました。3種類のパスタと、今まで食べた中で最高のティラミスを作りました。その後、トスカーナワインと一緒に料理を楽しみました。これ以上ないくらい素晴らしい時間でした！

What an amazing experience! Giovanni and Tomaso were outstanding instructors-knowledgeable, engaging and lots of fun. We made pizzas, Nutella gelato and orange gelato, and every bite was incredible. We laughed, learned new cooking skills and enjoyed every minute of the class. The location is absolutely stunning and provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable culinary experience. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for delicious food, great instructors and a fantastic atmosphere!

It was a great hands-on experience. My sister and I both learned so much and feel that when we go home we will definitely be making pizza withour families! Making the gelato was awesome! It was so delicious....and yes! we had seconds!! LOL Aisha was wonderful... joyful, knowledgeable... she was a pleasure to be with the entire time!

Will have to buy a pasta machine to aid in the process of making great homemade pasta! Asia was an amazing teacher, professional, patient and kind!

It was a great day and experience, set in a beautiful location. The lesson was informative and not rushed, Luca is passionate about cooking and provided insights into cooking Italian cuisine. After our lesson we enjoyed a great lunch shared with other participants. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best culinary experience of my life. The staff at SiChef was simply amazing. Plus the beautiful Chianti countryside and the good wine. It’s a must in Tuscany!

The instructor was knowledgeable and passionate about Italian cuisine. We learned how to make pasta from scratch and prepared delicious sauces to go with it. The hands-on experience was fun and engaging, and the lunch (or dinner) we enjoyed afterward was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this class for anyone who loves cooking and wants to learn authentic Italian recipes!

We made two pastas and two sauces. Chef Luca was AMAZING!!! The food was soooo good. Luca was informative, patient, and just an overall good time! The location and views were also great!

After receiving a warm welcome, we immediately enjoyed the unique cooking atmosphere. Wilma taught us how to make a typical Italian pasta, which we ate during dinner, combined with a fine red wine. Thank you for an unforgettable cooking course, and we wish you all the best!

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I along with another group of 5 enjoyed so much the pasta making experience and lunch. Our Chef showed us how to make the sauces and then we started on the pasta. She was sure to get everyone involved. We made tagliatelle, ravioli and Tortelloni. She also had us make pappardelle, farfalle and penne so we could experience making this shapes as well. After everything was cooked, we all enjoyed a lovely lunch of the foods we prepared along with some local wine on their patio with beautiful views.

The focaccia was fantastic. The pizza was good (and made for good leftovers the next morning). None of us were a fan of the tiramisu, but it was fun to learn how to make it. It wasn’t a traditional tiramisu, which is fine, but it wasn’t our favorite we’ve had in Italy. The staff and crew were really great. Very accommodating and fun. Overall, a fun experience!

This was by far one of the best experiences we ever had in Tuscany! We were warm heartedly greeted at the gate and introduced to our chef. You can really tell that everyone at SiChef is excited about what they do and will do anything to make sure you have a great time. We booked an English cooking class and even though our chef did not speak English the team made sure to translate everything along the way. The quality of the produce is really good and our chef very knowledgeable. We will definitely come back for further classes! Grazie!

Amazing! Beautiful place with a perfect view! Everything was very clean. Host and chef were very kind and had patience with us when making pasta. Chef did not speak English, but the host translated everything. Maybe it would be a bit more efficient when the chef also speaks English, but it was really not a problem. The recipe was simple for a non-chef to make at home and it tasted delicious! The host was so kind to make pictures of us and is going to send us those pictures and the recipes we made. We would really recommend this cooking class to everyone else!
