We really enjoyed shopping in the market, learning how to prepare and cooking traditional Vietnamese foods. Everything was delicious! Nih was a wonderful teacher and chef.

The flavours and herbs used were so vibrant. The whole experience from the beginning till end is wonderful. You get to eat all the food you make so go on an empty stomach as there is plenty to eat and it’s all delicious. Still waiting for the recipes to be sent to me by email. The Cooking class with Nhi was at a really nice, quiet place in a small group. After the rush but interesting look into the market we came there and started cooking. The food was amazing and Nhi always open for questions. Unfortunatly she hasn't got much time in the end but we could enjoy our meal. After that we had a nice little coconut boat tour, the driver took us everywhere we need to go.

I would highly recommend this cooking course. We started with shopping at the market, coconut boat ride then cooked 3 wonderful dishes which were delicious. The hosts were so friendly and explained everything simply. We had a wonderful time.

We were collected from our hotel and met Nhi at the market. Together we purchased the freshest of ingredients from the sellers. Great to be with a local and discovering how she chooses what to buy. Whilst Nhi was preparing the ingredients we were taken to a riverside jetty for a basket boat ride lasting around 30 minutes. We met up with Nhi once again in the kitchen dining area. There we cooked 3 different pancakes, beef noodle salad and chicken broth. All delicious and great fun. Highly recommended!

What a great morning. The market was interesting, the canal boats were really fun (we got a great spin ride from one of the boats), and the cooking was great. She knew her stuff, made it all seem so simple and clear. We can't wait to try it at home.

During the tour of the local market, we learned a lot about local herbs and how to tell if shrimp and meat are fresh. The cooking session took place outdoors in a nicely covered area, under excellent guidance. Everything was perfectly prepared, and with just one gas burner, we conjured up a variety of small, fresh, typical dishes – they tasted absolutely delicious. The boat trip afterward was a wonderful way to end the day.

We learned to make the best Bánh Xèo we’ve ever eaten—and that’s a big statement! Ni, our instructor, is full of energy and such a joy to be around (wow, she can really talk too 😄). The experience starts at the market, picking out ingredients, then a short 15-minute car ride to the cooking class location. It felt a little rushed at times, but we still managed to cook 4 dishes—each one super delicious. What we loved most was eating as we went along, instead of waiting until the very end. It was scorching hot, so we skipped the boat ride, but honestly, the cooking itself was the highlight. We did get recipe sheets afterward, though the ingredients were a bit different from what Ni actually used—trust me, she’s a much better chef than the paper suggests! All in all, a fun, tasty, and memorable experience. Highly recommend if you want to take a piece of Vietnam’s flavors back home with you.

Was a great time starting with going around market getting everything fresh for the dishes we would be cooking. Then went on coconut boats which were fun and even tried crab fishing. Great guide and teachers. Food was delicious and good instructions. Our best day in Vietnam

We arrived around 5pm, and kick started the cooking as some of the cutting was prepared. We made 4 dishes, learned about the common herbs in vietnamese cooking. We learned enough to continue developing the art

Our host was super nice, and talkative. We learned a lot about how to cook Vietnamese food! Also these were honestly the best spring rolls we had so far after 1 month of traveling. Especially the cabbage rolls were delicious :)

Chef Tom was absolutely fantastic. The whole family loved everything about the day and we can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

We learnt how to cook four dishes, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding, the dishes incredible. We had a great feed and we were so full, we missed our evening meal.

Had a fun time on this cooking class with Nhi! We made 4 delicious Vietnamese dishes that were fresh and healthy. Nhi is also full of enthusiasm and energy when teaching. I have finally learnt how to make fresh spring rolls! And will certainly be cooking the recipes at home. The class was held at an open air location outside of busy Hoi An. Also enjoyed visiting the food market and seeing where the food comes from. Nhi certainly has an eye for picking good, fresh produce! The boat trip was a random, but nice touch too.

This was the best spent time in Hoi An. Very good contact and flexibility w.r.t. pickup and drop off. Interesting shopping on local market, with few unexpected information. The cooking class itself was conducted expertly. Just right amount of preparation (cutting etc.) was done for us, so we could focus on important parts of meal preparations and cooking. The result was very tasty! Definitely recommended!

This is a great cooking class! Nhi Nhi is such a good teacher and a lot of fun. Our setting for the class was outdoors and beautiful!

Loved everything about the cooking class from shopping fresh cut meat and aromatic herbs at the busy market in the morning to making tasteful classics from the Vietnamese kitchen such as spring rolls, pho bo, rice pancakes and beef noodle salad. This was a real cooking class where you do everything yourself except for a few preparations. The sauces were extremely delicious, and I am sure we will do them over and over again in our kitchen when we return home. Only thing I did not enjoy was the bamboo boat experience before class …very touristy and superficial and far from the authenticity our teacher and tour guide Mini behaved.

Nhi was a wonderful host. To start with Nhi took us to the market. Nhi introduced us to all the ingredients we would be using in the day and gave us a real insight into local life. We then had a fun trip to coconut village and trip in a basket boat before heading to the serenely located cooking school. We took the morning class with just 8 of us in the class. We all had the chance to watch demonstrations and cook the dishes ourselves and eat them all too. It’d be a good idea to skip breakfast(!) The dishes were delicious and so fresh, nicer than some of the restaurant food we’ve had. Nhi was an enthusiastic, knowledgeable (and funny!) host and we would highly recommend the class.

The trip to the market was a great start to our day and the class itself was non-stop but never too rushed. We learned a lot and look forward to recreating the recipes back home!

We were lucky enough to be a small group of 2 for our morning class. We went to the market and our guide explained and showed us all the different spices and ingredients we needed. The coconut boat tour was a fun experience. Then, we learned how to make 4 delicious dishes. Everything was well explained and the teacher was adorable. I cannot recommend it enough.

We had a private cooking class to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our instructor was extremely sweet and the food was really good! I loved what the instructor had lined up and at the end, we had an awesome feast. Most of the cooking classes that this school/company offers are shopping for ingredients and then doing the cooking class. However, we only signed up for the cooking class since we didn't have time to do the shopping. We still enjoyed the class very much and would do it again. Highly recommend. We also didn't have a car so we had the option to get picked up and dropped off at no additional cost.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day. The basketboat ride was fun, and very interesting going through the Coconut Forrest. We loved our cooking experience, we learned a lot and had fun cooking up our own meals after Nie our teacher showed us what to do. She was a very good chef and teacher and was passionate about her job and the food we were cooking. I highly recommend you do this.

We were lucky enough to have a “private class” as no other groups booked the same time as us. The market visit was interesting and fun, our guide was knowledgable and made us feel comfortable straight away. The agenda online says row boat to Island but we went on a basket boat down the coconut river which was fun and meant we didn’t need to book a separate basket boat tour. Nhi was lovely, funny and patient. She was very attentive, topping us up with drink and made the overall experience worth while. The food we made was delicious and was given souvenirs to take back (chopsticks + mandoline) Would definitely recommend this class!

Nhi is a great person and a great chef, she has a sense of humour and taught us step by step how to make the most delicious dishes. Besides amazing food, the open space surrounded by the lake is beautiful. Can’t recommend this experience enough!

We were in luck and had a “private tour” since for guys canceled just before the start of the class. Our guide Nhi gave us great insights on traditional Vietnamese cooking. The food which we picked up at the market in the morning and cooked for lunch was incredibly delicious. She showed us great technics and shared some background on the ingredients we were going to use. All in all a wonderful experience with a lovely host and really recommendable for everyone!

Toller Kochkurs vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Besonders gut waren die Ricepancake und das Flambieren des Rindfleisches war richtig aufregend. One unsere Kochlehrerin hat uns alles genau erklärt. Zum Schluss haben wir die Rezepte und ein kleines Geschenk bekommen.

We loved the whole experience! Going to the market in the morning, explanation of the different fresh and dried spices, the boat tour, and boating among water coconuts. The class tales place in beautiful green surroundings, open-Air. And the staff is kind and helpfull. Sonny, our guide is beautiful , smiling and a great chef! !!

We did the cooking class in a group of four and really enjoyed the whole experience. The response time was quick and the pick up in time. Before the class we enjoyed a short boat ride to the island where the actual class takes place. This was really relaxing and we directly felt welcome and eager to start cooking! Oanh the women, who was teaching us how to cook was speaking a very good English and was soooo nice. We really liked her and her cute way of giving us orders in a very kind manor :) she couldn't done better! Thanks a lot Oanh. The whole experience was great and the food really delicious, so I would definetly recommend this class to everybody!

Ganz niedliche Umgebung direkt am Fluss, aber ohne Stechmücken. Sehr nette, freundliche und gekonnte Anleitung durch Trang, Mit 3,5 Stunden am Nachmittag perfektes Timing, kurze Bootsfahrt, reicht vollkommen aus um das feeling dafür zu bekommen. Im Kräutergarten waren wir leider nicht. Aber ich es wurden die Kräuter- Zutaten kurz erklärt. Die kleine Kochrunde war w hat klasse! Allerdings haben wir zweimal gewickelt einmal die Frühlingsrolle und einmal die kohlwickel, da hatte ich gerne lieber noch etwas anderes gelernt

Sunny was a brilliant teacher who was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Myself and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, from the boat ride to get to the remote location, to preparing and cooking the food, to eating everything we had made. We were also incredibly lucky that it was just the two of us that had booked on to the sunset class, so had a private lesson for great value for money. The class was very well organised, and the afternoon class starting 3:30pm suites our schedule (instead of taking the whole day like some other tours). Trang, our instructor, spoke fluently and was proficient. We thoroughly enjoyed the five dishes with beer!

Great cooking class which made the day very relaxed. We all loved being shown around the market and being told about all the different herbs and spices. Hwan was our chef and his English was great! The food tasted excellent and we are all going to cook those dishes when we return home. The boat trip topped the day off as it was very authentic. Perfect day, thankyou!

Our family of 7 attended this cooking class last night. An abundance of meals and sauces were learned. We then shared our meal which was abundant. Value for money and very professional. Set in a gorgeous location.

Could not have asked for a better cooking class in Vietnam! My friend and I did the afternoon/evening class and we have nothing but great things to say about it. It was very hands on and easy to follow along, the atmosphere was great (the lantern area is beautiful at night) and the food was delicious! Trang was our teacher for the class and she was amazing - could not recommend this experience more!

it was fun. it was a great opportunity to learn about the ingredients which use often in Vietnam. it felt more delicious bcz it was made of fresh ingredients. but there was little sense of accomplishment when one dish was made by several people. Other than that, it was good!

What an amazing experience. Hana was a wonderful guide who was exceptionally knowledgeable on the ingredients of the dishes and answered all questions substantially. Each person cooked each dish individually with assistance provided if necessary but still allowed independence. Hana was extremely engaging, courteous and her company offered excellent service. The food was incredible, 5 wonderful Vietnamese dishes that highlight the exciting palate adventures that Vietnam has to offer! Highly recommended to anyone wanting to do a cooking class!

I take cooking classes wherever I travel. I found this class very well organized, informative, with plenty of support when needed. Our instructor was excellent. She demonstrated and explained everything clearly, then recapped the steps. Thang was terrific!

Evening class was I would recommend, because it was very beautiful to eat food with light on. And cooking with other people like one team give us unforgettable moment. Tintin conducted the class in a wat that even the amateur was able to learn and have fun during the class. Her indications were very clear and easy to follow. Nice experience for people with little time who still want to learn a bit about Vietnamese dishes and cooking culture. Since I‘ve already done two cooking classes during my travels I decided to go with the shortest class I could find. Sunny is very nice and the boattrip and the venue were beautiful. Thanks Sunny!

Our experience started not that good with the fact that the company forgot to pick us up to the class we’ve booked (that’s probably because we booked at the morning of the same day). After few calls they decided to make us a private tour and class. 2 hours later, Sunny, the greatest guide ever (!!!) came to pick us up. The whole experience from this moment on was just awesome! From the market visit to the boat ride and then the unforgettable and full of taste cooking class. This guys are truly amazing

We paid too much for what we got. We felt that the boat trip was very unnecessary and just a check off the list of things to do. The gardening experience was just 10 minutes explaining the different herbs. The cooking experience was nice, but compared to other cooking classes we have done there was precut food and not much hands on. This class would be good for beginner cooks.

The whole experience was exactly what was advertised, prompt pick up from our hostel, cute boat ride through the streams and a well organised cooking class with free refreshments on arrival. Our teachers were extremely chatty and enthusiastic, happy to answer all our stupid questions. Extremely good value for money!!!

너무 더워서 정신이 없었지만 깔끔하고 간결한 진행이 좋았습니다. 시장투어는 여기저기 바쁘게 다닌다고 정신이 없었고, 보트투어는 덥기도 덥고 생각보다 별로여서 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 쿠킹클래스는 신나고 재밌었어요 ㅎㅎ

Due to typhoon activity happened in Taiwan, our course was cancelled and rebook again, Thuan Tinh staff act so quick to arrange the course for us, we 4 adult and 2 kids were so enjoyed, our teacher Tin Tin was friendly, professional and super helpful, we had a wonderful time, thank you Thuan Tunh

Our instructor Sunny was amazing! Great knowledge of the ingredients and a great teacher when cooking the different recipes. (All of which were delicious) would highly recommend!

We had a lovely evening in the cookery school. The boat trip at the beginning was really fun and we loved cruising down the river. The cookery school is in a beautiful location and everything was really well organised. We worked in a group of six and it was nice preparing and cooking together. Overall it was a worthwhile and enjoyable experience!

The Cooking Class was great. Sunny was such a lovely, funny and nice guide. Her English was very good as well. We very much recommend this tour! First you go shopping at the market and Sunny explains all the herbs and other ingredients you need later. After that you take a boat trip to some small island where yiu cook 4 meals. Sunny explained everything very well and the food was just delicious!!!!

We learned a lot and the teacher was very very nice. We loved the market tour, the boat ride and to learn a lot about the local food, the ingredients, and special techniques. The dishes we cooked were really nice and fulfilled everything that I wanted to learn in the Vietnamese kitchen. The place were the cooking class took place was so beautiful and quiet. We got picked up at our hotel and they also brought us back to Hoi An city center which was really nice and a good service.

We had such a wonderful time with this cooking class. First of all, the trip to the market was so interesting and Sunny taught us many interesting facts, like when to buy the best shrimp or which pineapple is ripe. Then the boat ride thrilled my children and gave us another way to see Hoi An from a different perspective. Again, Sunny was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the fishermen and their nets. Finally, the cooking instruction was superb (who knew I could flambe?!) and Sunny was so helpful to the adults and kids in our group alike. The food was DELICIOUS, all things we'll definitely try to make again at home. We whole heartedly recommend this program - make sure you come with an empty stomach. THANK YOU SUNNY for an amazing time.

The cooking class was run very well with one chef for 5 or 6 people. Great to experience the market in the morning but very busy with many other groups also picking up food. Unfortunately we did not get to do the coconut forest because the water was too low. The cooking class itself was fantastic and I really enjoyed the dishes we made.

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed the cooking class. The market tour was interesting and the food we cooked was delicious. Tin Tin was a lovely host. Her English is excellent so she is easy to understand. We loved our souvenir chopsticks.

Well run class in great location. The boat trip was an interesting way to see the river. Sunny ( don't know spelling) was friendly, ready to answer any questions and spoke good English. The food she showed us how to cook was delicious and so much of it - don't eat breakfast if doing the opening tour.

The cooking class included many things, which was nice! The food was great and we got to take the recipes home. Also, we worked in small groups, that was pleasant. It would have been nice for us if they would explain a bit more about the Vietnamese culture (from how to cook with chopsticks and flambé meat to why certain herbs are used). Never the less, the chef taught us well how to make the food.

Der ganze Kurs war super organisiert. Der Besuch auf dem Markt ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das richtige Vietnam kennenzulernen. Danach das kochen mit Sunny war super. Und das Essen extrem lecker. Ich war danach richtig voll.

The market tour helped us to understand local foods and cultures in Vietnam. The dishes cooked during the class were tasty and Sunni (our tour guide and head chef!) cooked and explained each process with a infectious smile! We also received a recipe book so we can repeat the dishes at home.

The amazing cooking tour started with shopping around the central market to get fresh veggies, herbs, meat and shrimp, then headed off with 2 boat rides to Thuan Tinh Island. Trang was our guide and cooking teacher, her instruction was informative yet enjoyable so that we could have so much fun with cooking. Thank you Trang, you are awesome!

This cooking class was amazing! My group was in Hoi An for the weekend and this class is a great way to experience the culture, explore wider Hoi An and eat/make some delicious authentic food! Tin Tin (our teacher) was so enthusiastic and very considerate of different dietary preferences. Would highly recommend even if you only have a short time in Hoi An - it was a definite highlight of the weekend!

We got picked up on time from our hostel and taken to the cooking course. We immediately got taken around the herb garden to see the fresh herbs. Then we got down to cooking. All of us were able to get involved and it was the perfect amount of time cooking. Then we ate! Which is delicious. Then we sat as the sun went down and then delivered straight back to our hostel. Could recommend to anyone!

what a wonderful way to experience local cuisine and meet people. Nhi, our guide and chef has such a lovely and cheery personality and is so knowledgeable about all food. We had Vegan as well as meaty menu and all of it was delicious and cooked with love. Morning market experience is definitely worth waking up a bit earlier that usual!

Class was a lots of fun and instructions were clear and dishes were tasty! We started off doing a market tour where our guide explained what we were buying and for what dishes. We then took a boat and bus to the cooking facility. It was extremely clean and we'll organized. There were about 13 people on our tour split into two groups...so attention was very individualized. They gave us a recipe book and long chop sticks for cooking. Look forward to trying out these dishes at home.

We had an amazing morning on the cooking class. Hon, our chef, was super friendly and incredibly knowledgable, talking us around the market explaining in detail about the foods, herbs etc. and answering any questions we had. The whole experience was really great from the market visit in the morning, the gorgeous boat ride through the coconut forest and the class itself. Hon talked us through the dishes expertly and his instructions were really easy to follow, as well as picking up tips on technique along the way. Would really recommend this class to everyone, great value and feels like a really genuine experience of Vietnamese cuisine!

The boatride was very Nice and a wonderfull Way to arrive at the Island. We tolk the class with our three children (age 7-10) and it was so much fun. But the making of the food was a bit too difficult for them and a bit stressfull as there wasnt time to be slow and fall behind the class. Still, we succeeded in making the Four dishes without too much crying.

This was most enjoyable. Tin Tin was fab. Arranged a well organised tour. The short boat trip was fun and they provide traditional hats. We were split into 2 groups and all took part in making the meal. It’s a lovely setting and best of all you get to cook your evening meal. Thank you Tim Tin we had a great time.

We had fun learning to cook. Tin Tin was super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. My wife and I also loved making friends with others in the class.

Booking was seamless and easy, and pick up went smoothly and on time. We liked the 4-7pm timing of this course so that it was timed for sunset, cooler time of day, and we didn't want a repeat of a five-hour course with a market tour that we had already done on another visit. Our cookery teacher, Trang, made the preparation of our four-dish feast lots of fun. The short but serene boat trip through coconut water was a fun way to reach the cooking school, which is a well equipped, natural and lantern-festooned oasis, breezy in the late afternoon, and a scenic backdrop to photos and while you work. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the experience was fun, social and unique.

Tom and I booked this trip the day before and we opted for the evening class. This allowed us to enjoy bike riding in the day while it was warm and sunny and then enjoy a cooler cooking class early evening- which I would definitely recommend! Trang was our cooking teacher, she was absolutely fantastic! What a credit to your company. Trang picked us up in a mini van from our hotel to take us to the cooking location and to our surprise we were the only people on the course! We couldn’t believe our luck that we had such a private and intimate class for a good price. When we got to the cooking class, the whole experience was wonderful. It was so quiet and peaceful overlooking the river and coconut trees. Firstly Trang showed us the garden where they grow all of the herbs and vegetables- very interesting! We then started with cooking our food. We were provided aprons and I was delighted how clean and well prepared everything was. With the help of Trang, we cooked 4 amazing dishes- 1x tofu dumplings, 1x veggie spring rolls, fish cooked in clay pot and morning glory. (I opted for veggie option) and it was the BEST food we had eaten so far in Vietnam! We then enjoyed our food overlooking the river with the sunset and lanterns. What a feast! I highly recommend this trip- and ask for Trang! She is so wonderful and helpful.

Lovely arriving by boat. The staff was super friendly and attentive especially when the children were attempting the more challenging parts of cooking. They were keen to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Delicious food made that would be easy enough to replicate at home. After the dishes were completed, it was lovely to sit down all together and enjoy a relaxed meal. I thoroughly recommend this class, 10/10.

Nhi was an excellent teacher and had a great sense of humor. Had a lot of fun.

We had a lot of fun during this class. Everything was well prepared and Nhy and her colleagues made everything go smoothly. We ate too much but what we made was delicious!

First time experience for my husband and I and we both loved it, had the best time! beautiful serene boat ride, calm waters, birds singing, saw the river ducks! Intimate class, only 4 of us so it was very personal attention! We learned a lot about the spices and herbs and preparation methods, even for simple plain rice! All the dishes were deelish! Way to much food for 4 people! Our chef Hing and her helpers made us feel welcome and comfy and we received an unexpected gift at the end of class!

We cannot say enough good things about this experience!! We ended up getting a private cooking class, and our guide, Trang, was wonderful! She showed us local foods they grew on the property, was very fun and personable, explained each ingredient individually, and her English was phenomenal. The food was some of the best we have had in Vietnam, and we are so thankful we had this experience so we can attempt to replicate some of the meals at home. Trang even wrote down our email so she could send us the recipes! I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Hoi An!

We had a great time at the market with Tintin. She kindly explained the different herbs and noodles and how to get the best quality of meat. The boat ride through the coconut trees was nice. My boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy and they altered the menu to make sure we could make everything recepies without any danger. We met a very nice English couple and we had lots of fun with Tintin. The food was really good; I cant wait to make it at home :)

Excellent market tour, food and funny teacher.

From the moment Tin Tin picked us up, we were enjoying ourselves. The trip through the market was informative and interesting and so good to have her explain to us what everything was and how it was used. The boat ride was enjoyable and then the canoe was fun. The set up of the cooking school was wonderful amongst the coconut palms and the ducks. The recipes were authentic and easy to follow and the demonstrations clear. When it was our turn, the guidance was excellent. Tin tin was a fabulous guide. The food was delicious, some of the best we have had. Loved getting the recipes and chopsticks. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you all.

We decided last minute, due to the weather, to book ourselves on an afternoons cooking class and how glad we are that we did! From being picked up to being dropped back at the hotel we didn’t stop laughing or learning....we were very fortunate to be the only two willing pupils that afternoon and we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves with Nee as our instructor. Would highly recommend to anyone as the setting is idyllic and the skills will not be wasted.

We had such a great morning in Hoi An on our cooking experience, the trip around the market was both fun and educational with our chef telling us lots about the local ingredients. The boat rides to the class were relaxing and beautiful and then we arrived at the class. The venue was gorgeous and everything was seamless within the class. Our chef demod each dish and then we at our individual stations made and got to enjoy each dish. A great experience to have in Hoi An, will recreate at home!!

We did the 4-7pm which was perfect as what you cook becomes your evening meal, the venue was very clean and the food cooking experience all hands-on with people taking things in turns to prepare the whole meal. Would highly recommend. Pickup from the hotel and a short boat ride into the venue is included. All the food was very fresh and lots of it so arrive there hungry!!

De variatie in de toer, eerst naar de markt, daarna op de boot om vervolgens in een prachtige setting te koken is prima. De tijdsduur van het koken zelf is ook juist en alles wordt eerst duidelijk stapsgewijs uitgelegd en voorgedaan waarna je het vervolgens zelf gaat maken. En daarna mag je het opeten. Heerlijk?

I love to cook and especially to get to know foreign cultures through cooking. This course let me do that.

It was New Year’s Day and the market was closed so we had to miss out market tour. The venue was pretty and nicely arranged. You have your own cooking tools and get to have full hands on all the dishes you’re making.

Because we were here during Lunar New Year our original class was cancelled, however we were moved to this class which we really enjoyed!! Although the market and the second boat trip were not available to do the cooking experience more than made up for it thanks to Tin Tin. She was very knowledgeable and had a winning personality to match!! Would definitely recommend this to a friend!

The Bahn Xeo we made was so delicious. I went everywhere around Hoi An trying to find one just as good and none of them came even close. The location is nice, small group size, and everyone gets their own table to cook. Loved it! The market tour was very nasty though.

The guide was very enthusiastic and made us all feel good and well prepared for future Vietnamese cooking. We have already recommended others to participate. It was a nice experience with great ingredients and clear instructions which ended with a nice meal.

The cooking class with Trang was amazing! First, the market experience in the morning was great: we bought all the ingredients for the cooking class and we even tried some local specialties. Then after our boat ride, we cooked 4 delicious courses. Trang was very nice and explained in details from A to Z her recipes and was checking if we were doing it right. I definitely recommend this class!

I enjoyed this class very much. It began with an enjoyable boat ride. The venue is in a beautiful and peaceful area. Chef Hon was a friendly and informative teacher, and all 4 of the dishes we cooked were delicious. In all, I thoroughly enjoyed the class and couldn't fault it in any way. Highly recommended.

Our evening with Tin Yin was excellent. It was all about the cooking with no lengthy market tour. Everything was timed to perfection with a lovely meal of our own cooked food at the end. Make sure you come hungry. We have already been emailed the recipes for us to practice. This tour is not to be missed.

It was a really great experience in a lovely place. Our Guide and Cook Hin explained everything really clear and taught us things during the cooking. I learned a lot and the choice of the meals was perfect! The cooking class took place in an open school, I found it much better than if it was in a restaurant. It was one of the best things I did during my 4 weeks in Vietnam!

Had an amazing time. Tin Tin was great and I loved shopping at the market before hand. All the dishes were delicious and easy to make. I’ll definitely make these dishes when I get back home.

I really enjoyed this. Nhi was great, very welcoming and knowledgeable. We made 4 dishes, each one of which was perfect. Well worth the money and time. I liked the long cooking chopsticks we were given at the end with a small recipe book of what we had made, a lovely surprise. Thanks again Nhi for looking after us!!

My guide and teacher Nhi was funny, entertaining, lovely, caring, great skills and so organised. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a hilarious class full of technique and wonderful entertainment. One of the best decision I made while in Hoian. Great chance to understand different & unique herbs of Vietnam and see outside of hustle and bustle of the touristy area. Tiang our guide and cooking instructor was fabulous. I finished with a big smile on my face and happy belly.

After a miscommunication with the meeting point for the tour group, cookly were able to fit me into a later class which was a relief. In retrospect next time I will pay the extra for transportation to save me the stress of finding the meeting point. The cooking tour was a highlight of my holiday so far. Ting ting our guide was knowledgeable and passionate. She was great with my 5 year old son and he was included in everything. He had a great time and was a great learning experience for him also. My only suggestion is to provide child sized aprons. Thanks for the recipes - the food was amazing yet so simple. I can’t wait to try out the recipes when I get back home!

Had a great day cooking some delicious food. We learned so much! The location is amazing and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Great for any age and cooking ability. Juice is free and gets topped up throughout the day. I recommend only having a light breakfast before you go because there’s lots of food to eat!! You get a little cookbook and some chopsticks to take home too. There’s also the cutest puppy that lives there!! Thank you for a lovely day.

Tin was charming and very entertaining in her presentation. Food was excellent and staff very helpful. Help was always on hand and souvenirs at the end were a nice touch.

Our lovely guide and instructor Hinh was fantastic. We went on a relaxing boat ride to the cooking class area and got step by step instructions on how to make some amazing tasting dishes, AND it doubles as a delicious meal for the day! At the end they even gave us the recipe book for the meals and some cooking chopsticks as a souvenir! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend!

Lovely trip and great way to spend a few hours. Informative trip to the market with lovely guide and clear demonstration of varied recipes. Individual ‘stations’ to cook and eat 😋the delicious food and a beautiful setting away from the busy town.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our cooking adventure hosted by our terrific guide, Hien...all the way from the early open-market shopping trip to the last bite of pineapple dessert. Throughout the day, her culinary skills and knowledge were matched by her enthusiastic charm, and the dishes she helped us prepare were excellent. The shrimp pancake was an unexpected favorite, and one we would likely never have tried without her encouragement. Considering the moderate price, this was an outstanding way to spend half a day in beautiful Hoi An!

Everything went off without a hitch, right on schedule. I chose the class because of the menu , mostly. Instructor (Hon) was excellent: clear, polite, and checked to be sure we were all understanding his directions. I was stuffed by the time I left!

Talking cooking class in Vietnam was one of the highlights what i was expected. Our guide/cook Tin Tin was professional and timing and schedule was also perfect. My husband was afraid that he's not going to make it, but his dishes were perfect as mine! He was really excited!!

The Vietnam cuisine will be a point of reference and benchmark also for western cuisine. Fresh, not too oily and in the same time very deeply connected with the country’s culture. Farmers and Kings can enjoy of the same simple and perfumed dishes. A great experience that have to be renewed as soon as possible. The cook, Nei was able to explain many secrets from vegetable, cooking techniques and right sequence of different procedures. 5 star !
