Cooking with a cause: Peruvian Classics with Market Tour

We start out the experience with a visit to the most important and historical market of Cusco, which is the "SAN PEDRO MARKET". We will spend about 40 minutes inside the market and you will see different ingredients, fruits, vegetables, and foods that are indispensable in Peruvian culture.

Afterwards, we will visit our cooking studio where we will start our cooking experience. We will start by making our drinks, this will either be a pisco sour (traditional Peruvian drink), or a lemonade for underage people or anybody who prefers a non-alcoholic drink. We will continue by making our own appetizer and main dish.

All profits of this class are donated to CEDNA, an NGO dedicated to bettering the quality of life for families in the surrounding areas of Cusco.

• Cocktail/Drink: Pisco Sour/Lemonade

スケジュール

• 9:00 am: Pick up at your hotel (or meet at San Pedro Market at 9:10 am)
• 9:15 am: Local market tour.
• 10:20 am: Arrive at our cooking studio.
• 10:30 am: Introduction of the pisco and making out pisco sour.
• 10:45 am: Cooking and time to enjoy your dish.
• 11:20 am: Cooking and time to enjoy your dish.
• 12:10 pm: Local fruit tasting.
• 12:30 pm: End of the cooking class and ready to take you back to your hotel.
