Learn how to make authentic fresh pasta during this 1,5-hour pasta and tiramisu making class in Rome. 

The class starts with the preparation of the base cream of the Tiramisu, our chef will give you all information convening the main ingredients. He will show you some versions of basic cream (pistachio, coffee, vanilla) according to the type of tiramisu you wish to prepare.

Then you will make 3 types of fresh homemade pasta, learn the secrets of making colored and stuffed pasta.

Your professional Chef will teach you to step by step easy-to-follow recipes to take home. After fresh pasta making you will make sauces from scratch , you can choose one of our favorite: sauce salmon, carbonara, amatriciana or cacio e Pepe.

Join our fun, creative and interesting pasta-making class in Rome, our chef will lead you through all its secrets. He will teach you the technical aspects of fresh homemade pasta, including the preparation of different sauces. After that, you will be able to make your own homemade pasta like a chef at home.
