Embark on a unique gastronomic journey that will awaken your senses with the flavors of Portuguese cuisine! Ready to discover the authentic tastes of Portugal?

We'll begin with a curated tasting of cheeses, chorizo, and wines from different regions of the country, allowing you to prepare your palate for the dishes we will create. Then, guided by our Chef, we'll learn to cook a traditional Portuguese meal, including a starter, main course, and dessert.

Our cooking classes focus on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, so our menu changes according to the season and product availability. We believe the true essence of Portuguese cuisine lies not only in its flavors but also in the stories behind them. In our classes, we share not just techniques and recipes, but also the rich narratives that reflect our traditions and forge connections beyond the kitchen.

At the end of the class, we will have Portugal at the table! We enjoy what we prepare, in a relaxed atmosphere. Reserve your place! We are waiting for you!

Sample Menu

Starter:

• Garlic Shrimp: Fresh shrimp sautéed with garlic, olive oil, and a touch of chili, served hot as a flavorful appetizer.

Main Dish:

• Codfish Brás Style: Shredded codfish cooked with sautéed onions, matchstick potatoes, and scrambled eggs, garnished with parsley and black olives.
• Piri-Piri Chicken: One of the most famous dishes in traditional Portuguese cuisine, featuring chicken marinated in a special way and served with tomato rice.

Dessert:

• Portuguese Floating Islands: Light and airy poached meringue served in a creamy custard, drizzled with caramel syrup.

• The menu varies based on the seasonality of the ingredients.
• Guests with dietary restrictions must notify us at least 72 hours before the start of the reserved class.
• The menu can be adapted for vegetarians with at least 72 hours' notice.
• Not suitable for: Wheelchair users; Vegans or People with food allergies; Children under 8 years.
