• 2:00 PM: Meet at MRT Huay Kwang Exit 4, explore the local market, and return to the cooking school.
• 3:00 PM: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Learn how to make coconut milk, sticky rice, and curry paste from scratch.
• 3:30 PM: Session 1 – Prepare a soup or stir-fried dish.
• 4:00 PM: Session 2 – Make a refreshing salad.
• 4:30 PM: Session 3 – Cook an authentic curry.
• 5:00 PM: Session 4 – Create a delightful dessert and enjoy your dishes.
• 6:00 PM: Wrap up your meal before the class concludes.
• **After meal: Thai Herbal Tea Experience (according to Thai Elements)
• 7:00 PM: Transfer back to the meeting point at MRT Huay Kwang Exit 4.
