Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Morocco with our hands-on cooking class, held in a professional studio in the heart of Rabat. Guided by expert dadas— Moroccan women chefs, guardians of the Moroccan culinary traditions—you’ll learn to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes, from iconic tagines to delicate pastries, using traditional techniques and fresh, local ingredients.

During this immersive experience, you’ll master the art of balancing spices, crafting intricate doughs, and slow-cooking flavorful dishes that capture the essence of Moroccan cuisine. Alongside cooking, our chefs will share stories and cultural insights, giving you a deeper connection to the food you create.

At the end of the session, sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by traditional Moroccan mint tea. Whether you’re a foodie, a traveler, or simply curious about Moroccan culture, this class offers a unique blend of flavor, culture, and hands-on learning.

Menu 1

• Zaalouk: Roasted eggplant and tomato salad
• Chicken Tagine with preserved lemons and olives
• Jawhara: Layers of crispy warqa pastry with creamy milk pudding and orange blossom water, topped with nuts
• Traditional Moroccan Mint Tea

Menu 2

• Taktouka: Spicy roasted pepper and tomato salad
• Beef Tagine with caramelized prunes and almonds
• Mahlabia (Milk pudding, flavored with orange blossom, and topped with nuts and seasonal fruit)
• Traditional Moroccan Mint Tea

Menu 3 (Vegetarian)

• Moroccan Carrot and Orange Salad with a hint of cinnamon
• Vegetarian Tagine with seasonal vegetables
• Jawhara: Layers of crispy warqa pastry with creamy milk pudding and orange blossom water, topped with nuts
• Traditional Moroccan Mint Tea
