Back at Nicole’s apartment, you’ll dive into the cooking process—learning how to make a rich stock, perfect your sofrito, prepare proteins, and master the cooking techniques essential for creating these traditional dishes. After cooking, relax and enjoy the delicious meal you helped prepare, all while taking in the stunning views from Nicole’s rooftop.

10:15 am: Local market tour (Mercat de Sants)
11:00 am: Arrive at the Rooftop Terrace 
11:10 am: Introduction and picc-pica with drinks served
11:15 am: Cooking session (prepping and preparing paella, stock and sofrito) 
12:30 pm: Dessert session 
1:00 pm: Time to enjoy the dish
