Combo Class: Organic Chinese Dumplings & Xiao Long Bao with Market Walk

Join us for a step-by-step, hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn the art of making authentic Chinese dumplings and Xiao Long Bao from scratch. Starting with the filling and homemade wrappers, you’ll practice wrapping techniques for two different styles of dumplings, including the delicate soup dumplings.

We use locally sourced organic pork to create rich, flavorful fillings, with vegetarian options available upon request. Throughout the class, you’ll have plenty of time to perfect your wrapping skills while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with peaceful background music.

By the end of the session, you’ll not only master the fundamentals of dumpling-making but also take home unforgettable memories and skills to recreate these traditional dishes in your own kitchen.
