Private Chinese Wok Cooking Class with Professional Chef

Besides enjoying the beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, our school invites you to experience our authentic Chinese cooking class in a fun and warm environment!

Our professional chef has extensive experience in Chinese food cooking and teaching. You will learn some of the most famous dishes including "Kung Pao Chicken" and "Mapo tofu". You can make it and taste it right after the lesson with lunch provided.

Tuition fee includes:

• All ingredients and utensils
• Private class with professional chef
• Written recipes with cooking tips
• Learn to use Chinese knife and wok
• Comprehensive demonstration and practice
• Food tasting and lunch

Menu CC1: Monday

• Sauteed diced chicken with Kung Pao sauce(宮保雞丁)
• Stewed Sweet and Sour Pork(咕嚕肉)

Menu CC2: Tuesday

• Soya Sauce Chicken(豉油雞)
• Fried rice with BBQ pork and shrimp(楊洲炒飯)

Menu CC3: Wednesday

• Eggplant casserole with salted fish and minced pork(魚香茄子煲)
• Pan-fried Soya Sauce King Prawn(with Shell) (豉油王中蝦)

Menu CC4: Thursday

• Mapo tofu(麻婆豆腐)
• Chinese Style Lemon Chicken(西檸雞)

スケジュール

• 10:00 am: Meet at the school
• 10:10 am: Introduction of the ingredient
• 10:30 am: Cooking class
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy the lunch
• 1:00 pm: End of the class

The class will be in Cantonese(profession local chef) with English interpreter
