You’ll learn to prepare a complete four-course menu following time-honored recipes and using fresh, seasonal ingredients picked straight from our garden. After cooking, gather around the table to savor the dishes you’ve created, perfectly paired with local wine and our family’s extra virgin olive oil, proudly produced for three generations.
