For a unique pastry class experience in Paris, Chef Noémie welcomes you in her charming cooking school.

Noémie is a graduate from the famous Lenotre Culinary Institute, one of the best patisserie

In this class you will learn how to prepare 3 typical French desserts from scratch. Depending of the season you will discover all the hidden techniques of famous French desserts such as: Paris Brest, Vanilla crème brulée, Chocolate Lava cake, Chouquettes, Soufflés au Grand Marnier... After work, time for tasting the delicious desserts you've just made with a cup of tea or coffee in a very relaxing atmosphere. Back home, you'll impress friends and family for sure !

Depending on the season you will learn 3 of those most delicious treats on the planet

• Choux pastry for Paris Brest
• Vanilla crème brulée
• Sablé breton (individual tarte with, strawberry or raspberry and Chantilly cream)
• Chouquettes
• Chocolate lava cake

スケジュール

• 2:30 pm: Bienvenue with a cup of tea or coffee
• 2:40 pm: Presentation of the class with the selection of the 3 pastries of the day. One technical 2 other easy to remake at home
• 2:45 pm: Start of the first recipe
• 3:10 pm: Mixing, piping and baking
• 4:15 pm: In an individual plate everyone is assembling his own delicacies
• 4:30 pm: After 2 hours of hard work it's time to enjoy the delicious desserts you've made !
• 5:00 pm: Back home with a copy of the recipes to be sure that you will redo in your kitchen everything you learnt today.
