A True Tuscan Experience: Pasta Making and Lunch in n a 17th Century Farmhouse

Guests will learn the secrets for the preparation of antipasti with bruschetta, a first traditional dish with homemade pasta and a tasty dessert. The recipes are authentic Morrocchi - Dei family, handed down from grandparents and re-proposed here successfully at Sosta Alle Colonne.

At the end of the morning/afternoon in the kitchen, a moment of relaxed conviviality during lunch/dinner together in the warm atmosphere of our rooms.

The menu includes dishes that were prepared during the course as well as a second plate with cold cuts and cheese, accompanied by a tasting of 3 or more types of extra virgin olive natural and flavored oils and 4/5 business organic wines, including the wines of the best known area, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi.

Vegetarian option is available on request.

• 10:00 am: Start the cooking class making first the dessert
• 10:30 am: Start to make the sauces for the bruschetta and toast the bread 
• 11:00 am: Make handmade ricotta gnocchi and pici with their sauce
• Noon: Start the lunch with your cooked dishes paired with our organic wines
• 1:00 pm: End of the cooking class and tasting experience

Evening class

• 04:00 pm: Start the cooking class making first the dessert
• 04:30 pm: Start to make the sauces for the bruschetta and toast the bread
• 05:00 pm: Make handmade ricotta gnocchi and pici with their sauce
• 06:00 pm: Start the lunch with your cooked dishes paired with our organic wines
• 07:00 pm: End of the cooking class and tasting experience
