The same can be said about okonomiyaki, which are Japanese savory pancakes that are delicious when paired with a good sake. I’ll show you how to make Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. You’ll also be able to taste five different sakes—which I have found around Japan—to see which one you prefer to drink with your okonomiyaki. With your new knowledge, you will be an okonomiyaki master and Japanese sake lover.
