You are amazed by the mesmerising authentic Vietnamese food which is not the same in your home country? Take a cooking class to learn the secrets and dazzle in delight your family and friends when you come back home!

Apron Up Cooking Class is the place for you. Here you will get the family handed- down recipes and tips which cannot be found in books or else where. More over, you will be inspired to cooking by the enthusiastic and energetic people here.

We have classes covering the most popular and favoured Vietnamese dishes and alternatives that will adjust to all your desires. This particular class focuses on pure cooking, you will not only learn to cook the dishes you choose, but also learn your classmates' dishes and serve others your fruits of labour and get to taste theirs as well. All in all, it is a fulfilled experience of cooking and tasting Vietnamese food.

Each person choose one to 2 dishes depending on the number of people in the class ( less than 5 people, each people choose 2 dishes, more than 5 people, each people choose 1 dish and all together choose some more dishes on the day):

Morning Schedule

• 8:00 am: We will pick you up from your hotel in or around the old quarter of Hanoi (maximum 3 km from our location)
• 8:30 am: Class begin, visit local market to buy fresh ingredients and learn about them.
• 9:15 am: Have a short break in a local shop, enjoying local coffee or dessert.
• 9:30 am: Head back to the kitchen to start cooking.
• 9:40 am: Everyone prepare their ingredients then take turn to cook in front of other people and serve them with your food.
• 11:00 am: Enjoyed your Amazingly cooked meal and received your cookbook and certificate.
• 12:30 pm: End of class.
