The course was excellent: the two tutors were exceptionally patient and took time to explain customs, share passions and answer all of my many, many questions. We had a great visit to the souk (market); the kitchen was exceptionally clean and well equipped and there was a very lovely dining area. I had the best time cooking, learning and eating on the course and appreciated that they made sure to accommodate my vegetarian needs!I look forward to trying out the recipes I learned back in the UK. I highly recommend Flavors of Marrakech as a course.
