"Delicious vegan food with. warm host"

We did the vegan cooking class with Zura, with our 14 year old son. We made mushroom rendang, pineapple and cucumber achar, and coconut ice cream. Zura welcomed us with delicious fancy coffee, explained the ingredients, and guided us through each step. The food was delicious and we learned useful tips along the way. An excellent class!

"Zura's vegan hit show!"

Zura from the outset was welcoming, funny, and informative. Even when we ran over she took extra time for us. She was so knowledgeable and gave us the recipe via PDF. I highly recommend it.

Zura was a welcoming host who was smart, fun, and a ray of sunshine. She was able to take us through step by step and was very patient with us.

"Delicious local dishes and very friendly host"

We enjoyed the cooking class very much! The dishes were local, vegan and very tasty. Zura was a friendly host and welcomed us warmly. Afterwards we even received the recipes as a PDF. We recommend the course to others.

This is a vegan/plant based home cooking of authentic Malaysian dishes. Chef Zura has been adopting a vegan/plant based lifestyle for the past 6 years and very passionate about home cooking from scratch and with decades of experience in cooking and used to work in family own restaurant that served local dishes. She's been experimenting with lots of ingredients in preparing new and veganised version of many dishes.
