While pasta-making is a creative and enjoyable process, we'll also cover the technical aspects of the craft. The best part? Our recipes are so user-friendly that you'll confidently replicate the magic of homemade pasta in your kitchen, dazzling friends and family with your newfound expertise.

To complement your pasta, we'll teach you the secrets of preparing the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe from scratch.
