Ramen Factory is the only restaurant in the world where you are able to make original ramen by your hand and enjoy its deliciousness. Ramen Factory links with “Menbakaichidai” which is Fire Ramen Restaurant with more than 30-year history.

Please come here to experience how to make noodles, meat, soup all by yourself, and accomplish your favorite flavor as well! Is it difficult to make ramen? --- Of course not. We will provide guidebook on every table, so you only need to follow the instructions, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help.

Our complete course will fully immerse you into the way of making ramen. The course will run for roughly 90 minutes and during this time you will, make the noodles, drain noodles, mix the soup, and then even have a go at roasting the chicken!

By the end of the course you will have learned fully, in a controlled environment, how to make a traditional and authentic bowl of delicious and flavorsome ramen.
