I was worried that it would be difficult to book sushi making and matcha tea making separately, but then I found this experience. It was so much fun to be able to experience two of Japan's most representative food cultures in just 90 minutes! After having fun making sushi, it was great to calm my mind with matcha tea. The quality of each experience was also very high, so I'm very satisfied.
To be honest, I'm not very good at cooking, so I was a little nervous, but the instructor taught each of us carefully and with a touch of humor, so we had a lot of fun making sushi. I learned a lot of tricks, from how to make the rice to how to handle the fish, and I want to try making it when I get home. It was also nice that it was easy to ask questions.
his was more than just a cooking class; it was an opportunity to experience Japanese culture and connect with people. I was smiling the whole time. I would recommend this to everyone, including friends and family.

The rolls were delicious! I was glad I got to experience making them from scratch, as they were made from vinegared rice.
It was very good. Amazing. Maguro isking of sushi
It's not often that I get to make sushi, so it was very interesting. I would like to ask for it again. Please give it a try.
I was taught how to make sushi in an easy-to-understand way. I was surprised that it was even more delicious than I had imagined!
It was difficult, but we were able to make delicious sushi!
It's the perfect place to experience making sushi with your family or partner! The staff were all very hospitable and we had a great time.
Thanks to the kind guidance of the staff, I was able to make the most delicious sushi. My friendships with my friends have deepened, and everyone was extremely satisfied. I truly felt that the sushi I made myself was delicious.
I took my parents there and they talked endlessly about this place. The whole experience was very well organized and the staff were very friendly. Even my dad, who is a picky eater, enjoyed it very much.
They were kind to kids, and our whole family had a great time. Excellent English support and a spotless kitchen made us feel safe. We'll definitely be back!
It was a really fun time, ken and the translator were adorable. I've learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this workshop!
Learned simple chef tips, made beautiful nigiri, and ate every bite. The interactive sake barrel cheer and matcha whisking were memorable touches. Staff were warm, organized, and kept the class lively. Highly recommended!
I’ve taken cooking classes in other countries, but this was by far the most memorable. Learning sushi-making techniques from someone trained under a Tsukiji master was incredible, and I now understand the real art behind nigiri. The cultural elements, from the warm welcome to the tasting etiquette, made it so much more than just a cooking class. Perfect mix of learning, hands-on fun, and cultural immersion!
Made fresh sushi with top-quality ingredients and enjoyed a fascinating sake tasting. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere made it unforgettable. A must-do experience in Tokyo!
Raised in Nikkō, one of Japan’s most popular travel destinations, I grew up surrounded by Japanese cuisine while learning from my father, a chef. I later spent five years refining my craft at a friend’s Japanese restaurant. Today, as I continue training with a Tsukiji sushi master, I share my passion through hands-on sushi workshops, inviting more people to experience authentic Japanese culture.
