Thuan Tinh Island: Market, Boat Ride, and Vietnamese Cooking Class

First a trip to the market to purchase all fresh ingredients. Then, we board on our river boat for a relaxing 30-minute ride to Thuan Tinh Island, a gem hidden away from the downtown hustle.

To reach your destination, we take a row boat ride through the water coconut trees. We then walk through the gardens to our open-air cooking class overlooking the water coconut trees and river. Our chefs will show you how to make Vietnamese food while you enjoy the cool breeze and peaceful setting.

Our morning class will be able to experience the Central Market at its busiest time of the day. You have a wide range of products to select from. If you're an early bird, this is the class for you!

Morning Session

• 8:30 am: Pick-up at your hotel
• 9:00 am: Local market tour to purchase all fresh ingredients
• 9:30 am: River boat ride to Thuan Tinh Island
• 10:00 am: Take a row boat through water coconut trees
• 10:15 am: Arrive at our open-air cooking class with water coconut trees and river view
• 10:30 am: Cooking session begins
• 1:30 pm: Return back to your hotel

• 12:30 pm: River boat ride to Thuan Tinh Island
• 1:00 pm: Take a row boat through water coconut trees
