I had never tried cassava dough empanadas before but they tasted were delicious! I’ll definitely try to make them again at home! If you’re looking for a fun and local cooking experience in a small group, I would definitely recommend this workshop!

This cooking class was a unique experience, very small group which was great. The host made everyone feel comfortable and had a great sense of humour.

The empanadas were delicious and unique. 😎There was plenty of things for our 7 and 9 year old children to help with. Walking through the neighborhood to get ingredients and an ice cream was lovely. We highly recommend the experience - it was great! 👍

I think this class was really great value for money, the host was very nice and we got to see the full process of making empanadas, from buying the ingredients to preparation to enjoying the delicious cheesy bites.. it was a very authentic experience with a great view. highly recommend :)

This one THE BEST class I have been to I would recommend to anyone who is looking to do something special, connect with Colombian culture, and learn an attainable way to make delicious empanadas from scratch !!! I loved it so so much!

Despite the fact that the English-speaking guide was sick and the cook only spoke Spanish, we immediately felt at ease and understood each other well. On the way, we picked up fresh produce from a local shop and even got an ice cream. Beautiful views and delicious empanadas! Last night I was still dreaming about the empanadas

It was a really fun and authentic experience. The staff was very friendly and the empanadas were delicious. If you want to experience local culture and cuisine, I highly recommend this activity!

Me and my boyfriend are traveling through Colombia and ate a lot of Empanadas so of course we had to learn it ourselves to be able to make it at home. So happy we booked this class! Our chef Jheams picked us up on time and took us to a little local store where we bought the last ingredients. His presence was so lovely and with humor and patience he taught us how to make Cartagena style Empanadas, which we enjoyed afterwards with a beautiful view! Highly recommend!
