Vietnamese Home Cooking Class with Farming, Market Tour, and Coffee Tasting

This is a great opportunity to learn Vietnamese cuisine and culture at a local family. Vegetarians are welcome. We will teach you how to cook Vietnamese food. Moreover, we will share with you valuable information in Vietnamese cultural cuisine. 

Join our tour to a local market where's a journey for the sense, you might also learn some tips of "bargaining" when shopping with locals., Organic vegetable garden, all are used in the daily preparation of the regional dishes. Then enjoy great Vietnamese coffee, a fun cooking session, you can also get: the warmth, hospitality and the atmosphere of a Vietnamese meal! We will make you feel like home away from home.

Classes are completely hands-on. You will practice cooking with Vietnamese secret cooking techniques. We will present a cooking demonstration and provide tasting samples. At your personal cooking station, we will guide you through the recipe step-by-step.

Our class size is 9 people so entire course is very personal and you are able to get hands on at every cooking steps. We won’t just give you step by step instruction on how to make the food but also give you an insight into local life. The dishes you are going to cook are authentic and not time consuming. Ingredients are easy to find. 

This class will help you show off your new Vietnamese cooking skill to your family and friends when you get home!

Morning Session

• 8:00 am: Pick up at your hotel in Da Nang center
• 8:30 am: Join the farmers in preparing and growing vegetables.
• 9:00 am: Enjoy Vietnamese coffee and learn about our authentic Vietnamese coffee culture
• 9.30 am: Go to a local family's house for the cooking lesson. 
• 12.00 pm: End of the class

Afternoon Session

• 2:00 pm: Pick up at your hotel in Da Nang center
• 2:30 pm: Join the farmers in preparing and growing vegetables.
• 3:00 pm: Enjoy Vietnamese coffee and learn about our authentic Vietnamese coffee culture
• 3.30 pm: Go to a local family's house for the cooking lesson.
