You will learn the tricks and short cuts great chefs use to make delicious, appealing healthy dishes in a few minutes, out of apparently simple but excellent ingredients!

We offer you daily hands-on cooking classes. 

Menu

Pasta: 

• Fresh pasta, white, green, whole wheat and black
• Ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach
• Black ravioli with salmon and chives filing
• Potato gnocchi
• Spaghetti alla carbonara
• Pasta with mushrooms, cream and Marsala
• Gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce
• Pasta with pancetta, tomato, onion and marjoram - Pasta all' amatriciana
• Fettuccine with shrimps and zucchini

Sauces: 

• Tomato sauces
• Sauce made with fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil
• Creamy mozzarella and tomato sauce
• Lemon cream sauce
• Cream sauce with cooked ham
• Spicy tomato sauce   

Dessert: 

• Iced mousse with almond crackle
