In this class you will put your hands to work making two different pasta doughs and a dessert preparation of the Italian culinary tradition.
Techniques of making fresh pasta and pasteurization of the eggs will be explained and made. This lesson also involves information about nutritional values, gluten, biological transformation, and risk of bacteriological contamination.
You will learn how to make real Italian food in a comfortable environment, finding great moments of fun and laughter!
The lesson is completely hands-on and the Chef will guide you in the preparation of the dishes. Everything starts from scratch (nothing is prepared in advance) and every participant will be actively involved in the kitchen.

The lasting time of the lesson is about 3 hours.
The meal is enjoyed at a table with water and wine included.
