After a warm welcome and a refreshing aperitivo, you’ll prepare a traditional menu inspired by the Sorrento Coast: hand-rolled potato gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana rolls, and a light lemon dessert made with the farm’s own citrus during lemon season.
Guided step by step by your professional chef, you’ll learn simple techniques to create naturally gluten-free dishes using fresh local ingredients. This beginner-friendly class is designed for small groups, couples, and families, including those with celiac needs.
Once the cooking is done, sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve made, with drinks included. To finish, toast with homemade limoncello and take home a digital recipe booklet to recreate the flavors of Sorrento in your own kitchen.

- We’ll meet at Tenuta di Leva Farm.
The entrance is on the left, just a few meters after the roundabout, and is easy to recognize by the white sign and the citrus-covered pergolas.
If you’re arriving by car, on-site parking is available. If you’re using public transport, we recommend taking the Circumvesuviana train and getting off at Piano di Sorrento station (just two stops from Sorrento), followed by a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, the farm can also be reached by bus.
