Join an interactive Italian cooking class in an artsy apartment and discover the flavors of traditional Italian cuisine and Sicilian regional cooking. Choose from four different menus, thoughtfully designed around seasonal ingredients to offer a fresh and authentic culinary experience.

Each menu includes an appetizer prepared by your host and ready for you upon arrival, followed by a first course, a second course, a side dish, a fresh salad, and a delicious dessert. Water is also included.

Enjoy a welcoming, hands-on cooking experience where you can explore Italian culinary traditions, learn about local flavors, and share a delicious meal in a creative and cozy atmosphere.

At the end of the experience, you will receive a small cookbook featuring the recipes prepared during the class, allowing you to recreate these dishes and bring a taste of Italy into your own kitchen.

A Little Cookbook to Take Home

At the end of the dinner, you will receive a small cookbook featuring the recipes we prepared together, so you can recreate these delicious dishes at home.

Schema

• 4:30 PM – Arrival and Welcome Aperitivo: Arrive at your host’s apartment for an introduction to the experience. Enjoy an aperitivo, get to know your host, and prepare for the cooking class.

• 5:30 PM – Hands-On Cooking Class: Start preparing the dishes together. Depending on the menu and preparation time, you may begin with the dessert, sauce, or other dishes to ensure everything is ready to serve in the right order.

• 7:30 PM – Dinner Time: Sit down and enjoy the meal you have prepared together. You can choose whether your host joins you at the table to continue the conversation or gives you privacy to enjoy dinner with your guests.
