The 8 dish lunch menu, is chosen at the beginning of the class. We offer suggestions as a starting point once we learn the preferred cooking style of the class, be it dinner parties, family cooking, BBQ or cooking for one!
Schema
- 8:50 am: Beginning of the class with a discussion over coffee as to the menu and the shopping list.
- 9:45 am: It’s off to the market, shopping in your new language.
- 10:45 am: you are standing at the prep table beginning with the chopping of the herbs and the making of the tea.
- 1:30 pm: Lunch
- 2:30 pm: The class winds up around now with a visit to the spice trader in nearby Mallah, to buy spices to take home. This isn't a tourist spot so the spices are of premium quality..we ask that guests coming to cook, resist the temptation to buy spices beforehand as they will only be shopping with a seller...

Ontmoetingspunt
The cooking school is anything from a minute to 25 minutes walk from where you will be staying (if not at the House of Fusion) if inside the medina. Guests either take a cab or book our driver to come and then walk home or simply walk both ways.
The cooking school is inside the medina, a few minutes walk from the drop off point, should you wish to book our driver, at an extra charge of 120 dirhams, payable to the driver.
