Schema
- 10:00 am: First step takes you out into the medina where you’ll taste the bustle of every day life in Morocco. Our team will give you incite into the different foods and local customs.
- 11:30 am: Back to the Palais Amani for a rooftop hands-on cooking workshop where our chef will guide you through a 2 hour cooking experience.
- 1:30 pm: Round off your cooking class with a relaxing lunch or dinner under citrus trees and taste what you have just cooked!

Ophaal mogelijkheid
If you are staying within a 10-minute radius from the Palais Amani, we would be delighted to send someone to pick you up and accompany you to the Palais (50 DHS pick up and drop off fee).
If you are coming on your own please note that the easiest way is to get a Petit Taxi to the Oued Zhoune car park. We are literally 50 meters from the car park, stop at the Pension Dahlila, and just to the left of the Pension is a small alley. Take this up the steps, turn left and follow the alley around until you reach the Fez Cooking School at Palais Amani at the top.
