Nicole is a great teacher & perfect host for this class! 5 of us (friends) learned tips on making fantastic paella at her rooftop patio. She shared life in Barcelona (as she moved there from US many years ago) from a perspective that we could all relate to. The only thing I would mention is that it went long, but we kind of figured it would since paella is not a quick meal to prepare, and, I'll have to say we were all having such a great time it didn't matter!!
