In this class, I’ll teach you how to make Veggie Sushi, perfect not only for vegetarians but also for anyone who doesn’t eat fish.
*All veggie sushi in this class is entirely plant-based, with no animal products, including fish stock.
During my Kawaii Cooking session, you'll learn to create various types of sushi using seasonal vegetables. The class will start with how to make sushi-flavored rice, prepare fresh ingredients, and roll sushi using traditional Japanese kitchen tools. Once your sushi masterpiece is complete, we'll take photos so you can share your creation with friends and family, and then enjoy a delicious lunch together.

I’m a certified instructor specializing in Japanese cooking classes for international visitors. I've taught a variety of Japanese dishes both in Japan and abroad. My motto is to spread happiness through cooking and enjoying delicious food, and I only teach dishes I’m confident in preparing.
