We invite you to enjoy a full day of relaxation at our Cooking School, where you can learn to cook authentic Thai food with the guidance of our friendly and knowledgeable Thai staff. You’ll prepare and cook each dish with your own hands.

Our garden, filled with trees, plants, and a showcase of spices and herbs, offers a deeper understanding of Thai food and cooking. Between cooking sessions, unwind at our lakeside pavilion, listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall, and take in the beautiful garden views. Come and join us for a memorable experience!

Curry with paste

• Green Curry with Chicken using Green Curry Paste
• Red Curry with Chicken using Red Curry Paste
• Massaman Curry with Chicken using Massaman Curry Paste
• Khaw Soi (Chiang Mai Noodles) using Khaw Soi Curry Paste

Stir-Fried

• Pad Thai (Fried noodle Thai style)
• Fried cashew nut with chicken
• Stir-fried morning glory
• Chicken with basil leaves

Appetizer

• Papaya Salad
• Spring Roll
• Fresh Spring Roll
• Chicken Salad

Soup

•  Tom Yum Kung (Prawn in Coconut Milk)
•  Tom Kha (Chicken in Coconut Milk)
•   Glass noodle soup with vegetable 
• Thai noodle soup with pork

Dessert

•  Sticky rice with mango
•  Banana in coconut milk
•  Banana spring roll
•  Black sticky rice pudding

NOTE:

• All dishes can be made vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.
• Adjust the spice level to your liking—mild or spicy, it's up to you!

Cronograma

Morning Session

• 9:00 - 9:30 am: Pickup from your hotel.
• 10:00 am: Visit Local market.
• 10:30 am: Arrive at our cooking school and welcome drink served. After that visit our organic garden.
• 10:30 am: The cooking class begins with instructions on preparing glutinous rice. Learn to make Sticky Rice with Mango and savor your meal.
• 2:00 pm: End of the class and go back to your hotel.

Afternoon Session

• 2:30 - 3:00 pm: Pickup from your hotel.
• 3:30 pm: Visit Local market.
• 4:00 pm: Arrive at our cooking school and welcome drink served. After that visit at our organic garden.
• 4:30 pm: The cooking class begins with instructions on preparing glutinous rice. Learn to make Sticky Rice with Mango and savor your meal.
• 7:30 pm: End of the class and go back to your hotel
