My name is Teresa, and I cook out of passion for my family and alongside curious guests who want to learn how to transform food into delicious menus. My traditional Sicilian cooking lessons occur in the Arenella seaside area, just a ten-minute drive from the city. During the lesson, I will guide you through three traditional family recipes in an engaging, clear, and simple way. We will prepare these dishes together, and you can savor them in the garden.

The menu is always seasonal and of the highest quality. If you have time for a Sicilian food experience during your holiday, this will be informative, fun, and interactive. You will achieve new culinary goals. Please inform me of any intolerances or ingredients you dislike.

You will enjoy a relaxing, fragrant, and pleasant environment at my villa, immersing yourself in all seasons.

NOTE:

• For a complete gastronomic experience, a market tour is available (extra). I will explain the typical products, we will shop for ingredients, and I will provide you with a family recipe book along with intelligent recipes. The tour lasts one hour and costs an additional €50 per person, payable on the spot.

Sample dishes:

We will make three recipes, one recipe from each of these three groups of recipes.

• Pasta (fresh or dry)with a sauce, Sicilian pasta timballo, pizza margherita, arancine, or impanata(Sicilian pizza with vegetables and local cheese ).
• Seasonal greens starter, or meat dish, or fish dish.
• Sicilian dessert often with ricotta, tiramisù, birthday cake, almonds cream, pistachio cake, and almonds cake.
• Wine, water and coffee are included

Cronograma

• The cooking lesson begin at 10.00 or 16.00, the duration of the experience is three hours.
• Here's what we're going to do.
• Presentation of the recipes and all ingredients and equipment slated for use.
• Start of the hands-on cooking session.
• Indulge in the culinary delights crafted during the class with a lunch or dinner in the garden.
• End of the experience.
