In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn to make Hangzhou Style Soup Dumplings/Bun (also known as xiaolongbao) from scratch under the guidance of Chef Wang with over two decades of experience.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a complimentary drink of your choice—soda, beer, or handmade soy milk—reflecting the Chinese tradition of hospitality. Under the guidance of our expert chef, you will gain hands-on experience in crafting your own buns and, finally, enjoy the delicious buns you have made.

Cronograma

• 2:20 pm: Meet us at our resteraunt [王记小笼包明桂北苑店]/[Wangji Small Steamed Bun Minggui Beiyuan]
• 2:30 pm: Introduction to the history and origins of xiaolongbao
• 2:45 pm: Introduction to the ingredients and sauces
• 3:00 pm: Cooking session with guidance
• 4:20 pm: Time to enjoy Buns made by yourself (while you are enjoying your creation, get ready for some fun activities where you can win suprise dishes!)
• 5:00 pm: End class with a full belly
