This class met our expectations in every way! Our chef, Najat, was very professional. All the ingredients were arranged in advance, the work surfaces were immaculate, clean, and most importantly, all the food turned out to be delicious. Our translators, Fatima and Arwa, were both knowledgeable and friendly. Polly and I came away for the class with a much better understanding of Moroccan spices, cooking techniques, and culture.

Chef Najat, Chef Loubna, Translator Malak and Videographer Ikram were incredible. Everything is so professional and clear. We enjoyed all of it.

I had an excellent individual cooking session today at OhDelices Culinary Academy. Everything was perfectly prepared and organized, with the class starting promptly on schedule. Chef Najat was incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the session, patiently answering all my questions. The translator, Fatima, provided professional interpretation services between Arabic and English/French, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking to learn authentic Moroccan cooking from true professionals, I highly recommend this academy. The attention to detail, professional instruction, and warm atmosphere make it a wonderful learning experience.

We had an amazing private class with Hanae, Loubna and Aya learning to cook Moroccan cuisine. We loved being able to participate and cook a range of different dishes. Loubna shared lots of brilliant tips that will be useful for when we try the dishes back at home. Hanae was very accommodating, arranging the class at a time that suited us. I would very much recommend OhDelices Culinary Academy to anyone visiting Rabat!

The cooking class was excellent and the Chef gave clear guidelines. It was also in a nice group atmosphere. All the ingredients and equipment was carefully prepared ahead of time for each participant.
