An Afternoon Farm-to-Table Khmer Cooking Experience in Siem Reap

課程介紹

First, your driver will pick you up from your hotel at 3:00 pm. We'll take you outside of Siem Reap City, then head through rice paddies and temples to a village of Siem Reap. Touring around the local village and visiting the vegetable and mushroom farms where you'll pick your vegetable for your cooking class today.

After that, you going to taste aromatic herbs and tasty sauces, learn traditional techniques, and create a variety of Khmer specialties, then immerse yourself in your delicious homemade dinner. Best of all, they'll give you a recipe book to go so you can recreate all your favorite dishes at home. Assisted by our Chef, you will learn and experience traditional Khmer cuisine. At the end of the cooking course, receive a recipe book to further explore Khmer cuisine. The visit ends with the drop-off at your hotel.

• 3:15 pm: Pick-up from your hotel
• 3:30 pm: Local market tour
• 4:00 pm: Local village tour visit local farms 
• 4:30 pm: Cooking class session 1 and testing
• 5:00 pm: Cooking class session 2 and testing
• 5:30 pm: Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish
• 6:30 pm: End of the class back to your accommodation.
