Marrakech Nelia Cooking Class

Beautiful location, easy to make, cooked over charcoal. While waiting for it to be ready, we relaxed on the sunbeds. The tea ceremony and all the fun facts made it perfect. And last but not least, the food was delicious :)

We had a fantastic cooking workshop at Riad Nelia. Jozef and his team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed tea and prepared a delicious tagine, with wonderful fresh fruit for dessert. The explanations were given in a fun way, the food was delicious, and the whole atmosphere on the rooftop terrace was fantastic—an experience we'll never forget! We highly recommend this cooking class!

We had an amazing day! Fouad brought us around local markets and he gave us a lot of interesting information. I would recommend this activity at the beginning of your holiday, this will give you useful information about local cooking, culture and more! We cooked a really good Tajin with Fouad and the amazing Nelia's chef in the beautiful terrace with perfect atmosphere. I will never forget this day. Thank you Fouad, you have been fantastic!
