In the class you will learn from a professional chef, in a real restaurant kitchen, and using all the equipment and techniques that Japanese chefs use, learn how to cook 4 dishes. You will cook yakitori (Japanese skewers) on the charcoal, using the highest quality charcoal in Japan, you will also learn how to fillet a fish, using professional Japanese knives that are world renowned, and you will learn how to make Dashimaki (Japanese rolled omelet) which is not as easy as it looks to do but lots of fun to try!
There will also be one more surprise dish, but if you have a request for something please feel free to ask! During the 3 hour experience, you will have the opportunity to try 47 different sake from all 47 prefectures of Japan. This is a very unique experience, that cannot be found everywhere!
Meet at the restaurant, we can also pick you up from closest train stations: Higashi-Umeda station, Minami-Morimachi station or Ogimachi station. Please write down the meetup train station if you needed.
