Taiwan is not only famous for its local foods, to tea drinkers, Taiwan is also famous for the fun tea and fine tea.

In this class, the participants will experience a Taiwanese tea ceremony, learning about Taiwanese tea knowledge, the steps of how to make Gongfu tea properly and having selected fine Taiwanese tea tasting. It's also the pleasure to enjoy the teaware setting and even hands-on training in a modern studio.

Denise who conducted the class was very personable. She had a write-up describing the tea ceremony as well as the different types of tea and what makes them different from each other. I knew very little about tea (especially tea that doesn’t come in a bag) and came away with a new appreciation for what makes a good tea. The class was fun, enjoyable and would highly recommend it.
