課程介紹

A unique experience in the heart of Ortigia! You discover the culture and the dishes of the Italian and Sicilian culinary tradition, passing between the history of its monuments and visiting a traditional old foods shops and sellers that became our friends. You will learn to know and choose the ingredients after tasted them and you’ll cook with your hands a delicious Italian menu with Chef Angelo Ingrassia. At the end of the class, you will be gifted with a small ceramic gift and a certification.

Our Menu changes every day depending on what we will find at the shops and respect costumer's request.

We will work with Fish, Vegetable, Meat. We could provide Vegetarian Class,

Gluten-free Class and any other exception

時間表

• 4:00 pm: We begin the tour with an authentic espresso
• 4:30 pm: The class begins with a visit to Ortigia’s famous shops
• 8:00 pm: Back at home you'll be taught how to prepare a very authentic Sicilian dinner with Chef Angelo
• 8:30 pm: Finally we'll share the meal in a casual and fun atmosphere together with the chef, all this with excellent Italian wines..
• 9:30 pm: End of the class with smiles
