Jimmy is a licensed Tourism and Hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in Peru's travel industry since 2014. He's worked as a tour guide, travel agent, and manager for leading companies, and built a reputation for leading standout gastronomic tours that go beyond the usual sightseeing. Today, as the founder of Apullay Tours, Jimmy leads a small, passionate team of local chefs and guides dedicated to creating authentic, close-up experiences of Peru — the kind that connect travelers with real people, real kitchens, and real traditions. While Jimmy personally hosts many experiences, you may also be welcomed by one of his trusted chefs or guides, all trained to share that same warmth and hands-on approach that makes every Apullay experience feel personal.
