My roots lie between Puglia and Calabria, two regions that taught me the value of time, sharing, and cooking as an expression of love. My culinary journey began alongside my grandmother and mother, where I learned the first secrets and traditional recipes of our family kitchen. From them, I developed a deep appreciation for local and seasonal ingredients, as well as a genuine respect for the quality and character of each ingredient. I have a particular love for simple yet distinctive dishes, such as fave e cicorie, which beautifully capture the essence of my homeland. Fresh handmade pasta is my favorite way to express this passion—from orecchiette and cavatelli to maccheroni al ferretto, tortellini, ravioli, trofie, and fettuccine. Kneading, shaping, and cooking pasta is, for me, a ritual that brings the past and present together. My goal is to share and preserve my family’s authentic culinary traditions while embracing sustainability and thoughtful innovation, always maintaining a strong connection to my roots.

This was one of our favorite experiences in Milan. We enjoyed learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch and hearing about traditional Italian cooking along the way. Everything was delicious, especially the pasta we made ourselves. A very memorable and authentic experience.

Perfect for Pasta Lovers

If you love Italian food, this experience is a must! We started with an aperitivo before getting hands-on with the pasta dough.
