Picnic Bento Cooking Class with Teriyaki Chicken

Learn how to make a pretty bento box filled with juicy teriyaki chicken and traditional Onigiri (rice balls)! You can take away the bento box and enjoy it at the park!

In this lesson, you will learn how to cook authentic Japanese “Teriyaki” sauce from scratch to flavor grilled chicken, and also how to make Onigiri which is very fundamental lunch for Japanese people. For Bento box, the color coordinate is important so let’s add color to your bento box with egg omelette and marinated vegetable. During this 1.5 hour lesson, you will learn homemade, traditional technique of Japanese cooking. On a sunny day, you can take the bento away and go on a picnic to any park.

*The class doesn't include picnic outdoor but provide you the meal set for your picnic and the instruction of nearby park.
